All conversations, voice notes, and health data synced with Mindolify are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your personal decryption key stays securely on your device. This means that even our engineers, developers, and database administrators cannot read your chats or access your emotional state data.

You have the unconditional right to interact with Mindolify without creating an account. In Anonymous Mode, all session data is stored locally in your browser cache. The moment you close the tab or clear your browser history, the data is permanently purged. We leave absolutely zero traces behind on our servers.

Your mental health data is sacred. We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your emotional profiles, transcripts, journal entries, or behavioral habits to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties. Mindolify's business model is funded entirely through direct user subscriptions, ensuring our incentives remain aligned with your well-being, not ad revenue.

You remain in complete control of your digital footprint. At any given time from your Mindolify dashboard, you can:

• Export all your journal entries and analytics to a secure PDF or CSV.
• Revoke access to integrated tools (like Apple Health or Notion).
• Trigger a complete, unrecoverable deletion of your account and all associated data.
